The hotel's location is excellent for exploring Epping Forest and South Woodford, but being in zone 4 may result in additional transportation costs. The rooms, although in need of updating, offered heating but were not properly cleaned. The dining experience was basic, and the service lacked enthusiasm. However, the beautiful suburb area of London adds charm to the location.
